Timeframe: Once we gather all the information we need about your house, we’re usually able to make you a written offer within 24 hours. If our offer is accepted we’ll schedule a closing date in as little as two to three weeks.

Moving is a stressful event. It’s been our experience that the act of moving is easier when you’re not also trying to sell your house and can really focus your time and attention on it.

Every deal is unique and different, but sometimes we don’t require you to clean the property or leave it in what’s known as broom clean condition. We often bring in professional cleaners at our expense.

We typically don’t require sellers to make repairs to the property prior to purchasing it. More oftentimes than not we perform repairs at our expense after the closing.

In a nutshell, if we can reach an agreement, you might not need to worry about cleaning the house, making repairs or paying to move things you no longer want. We’ll buy your house as-is, no matter how ugly or pretty it is, regardless of its location. We don’t list houses, we buy houses!
